A Few Days in Ibiza

Hey guys! Sorry I haven't wrote for a few days. When I say a few days, I mean a week. Oops :( But I have a good reason! I was in Ibiza, soaking up the sun. OK, when I said soaking up the sun, I mean it was 30 degrees and I was probably in the sun for about half an hour a day. It was a bit too hot! But I have a nice little tan, which is a bonus.

I only went for 4 days, but it was a lovely 4 days. I arrived early Monday morning, and to be honest, I went to a Bon Jovi concert the night before and they were amazing! It was my first time seeing them and I was out until 12:30 at night, baring in mind I had a 8:10 flight in the morning. I think I managed to get 4 hours sleep, so I spent the whole of Monday recovering from no sleep.

On the Tuesday, I went into Ibiza town which was absolutely beautiful. It featured a stunning hill with buildings on, and billionaire yachts. (Yes I googled every yacht to see who owned them). I enjoyed a lovely Mojito by the yacht harbour too. I spent about 30 minutes just staring at these huge yachts that were probably as big as my house.

On the Wednesday, I went for a little walk in Es Canar, where I was staying. I chose this place because it was on the quieter side of Ibiza. I had a little look at some of the lounges and the boat rides that went from the habour. I also rented out a little pedalo to chill out on the sea in. This was my failed attempt of catching some more rays, but the only thing I was catching was some plastic bottles in the sea (doing my bit to look after the environment).

Unfortunately, I was due to fly home on Thursday, which was sad but I'm sure it won't be long before I'm booking my next trip there!

Until next time Ibiza, I definitely left a piece of my heart there!
