Autumn Activities To Do For Couples

Autumn brings a lot of joy to the year, it bring new activities and a new feeling. I love it when the seasons change because it feels like a new start, new activities and new clothes. I love when you get to choose a whole new fluffy wardrobe, from high knee boots to fuzzy jumpers.

There are many activities you can do in Autumn, even if you are in a couple. Autumn is the perfect time for activities because it's not too warm and not too cold. Also, the scenery is beautiful and blooming in Autumn colours.

Here are some activities you can do as a couple:

Play conkers

Conkers is a game that's been around for a long time. It's where you pick a conker off the floor, thread it with a piece of string and take it in turn to hit each other's conker with yours. The winner is the one with the lasting conker.

Conkers tend to fall late September.

Go to a pumpkin patch

With Autumn comes Halloween, and with Halloween comes pumpkins. Go and visit a pumpkin patch and pick your perfect pumpkin. You can pick out the biggest pumpkin, provided you can carry it! You can also carve your pumpkin for Halloween and put it on your porch, the more the merrier. Put a candle inside them at night and make them look super cool!

Go to a corn maze

If you have ever done a corn maze before, you will know they are much harder than they look. You think you have the way nailed down, and then boom, you get lost. Doing this with your partner can be a fun way to work as a team whilst finding your way out.

Make warm Soup and Apple Cider

If the weather is a little chilly outside, one of the nicest things you can do as a couple is cuddle up and prepare something warm, like soup and apple cider. This is the perfect Autumn food and drink to cuddle up and keep warm. It feels very Autumny too and a great way to enjoy each other's company.

Go to a Haunted House

If you have the courage, going to a haunted house can be a thrilling experience. I have been to one myself and I can confirm the adrenaline you have whilst walking through these really sends your emotions high (in a fun way). It is also the perfect excuse to grab onto your partner.

Try Autumn Coffees

One of the fun things about Coffee is the flavours tend to change with the season and Autumn brings a lot of warm, tasty Coffees. One of my favourites from last year was the Pumpkin Spice Latte from Starbucks.

Go for a walk in the forest

Going for a walk can be one of the nicest, calmest things to do as a couple. It's a very relaxing thing to do, and also gets you active. In Autumn, you are greeted by beautiful orange and red scenery. You can also start to feel the cool breeze on your face as you walk, which can be very refreshing.

Watch a Halloween themed film

One of the best things about it being cold outside is the excuse to stay warm inside. Watching a film can be a lovely way to enjoy your evening, and making it Halloween themed can make it feel very Autumny. You can also add a warm blanket to help keep you cosy and warm.

Go to a Halloween party

If you are a couple who likes to get dressed up, then a Halloween party is perfect for you. You could even match your outfits together to add more fun. There will be many Halloween parties everywhere so pick a lovely spot to enjoy together.

Go for a bike ride

Going for a bike ride can be lovely in Autumn as the scenery is so pretty. Also, the cool breeze can keep you feeling fresh whilst on your ride. You can also hear the crunch of the leaves underneath your feet and bike as you go along.
