On Sunday afternoon I decided to climb the Wrekin, which is a beautiful hill near Telford. I have climbed this hill a few times, even in the dark! It was scary, but the view at the top was worth the climb.
Usually, I climb quite fast and test my stamina. But this time, I haven't been feeling great and I recently had the flu, so I took a slow hike to the top this time.
Hiking is a great activity because it's free, it gets your endorphins flowing and it keeps you active. It also helps you feel more connected and closer to nature.
